Since then I have been working with Susi Hately at Functional Synergy. I started my teaching with training from YogaFit and NEDITA. ![]() I am the owner and instructor of Yoga Wildheart. This influences our balance, our breath and our being. Our range of movement increases and our body becomes more supple and strong. As we become more aware of these things within our own bodies we naturally move in more ease and with less pain. ![]() When we move better in our larger joints it positively affects the movement in the smaller joints of the body. We learn to recognize what areas should be moving and what areas should be quiet. We work on how the arm moves within the shoulder and how the leg moves within our hip. We take the time to work not only the components of each pose but also watch how we move into each pose. My classes work to specifically notice the way we move our body. We focus on finding strength, stability and ease in simple movements and with progress move into more complex ones.
